the flues are new,
The smoke goes out,
as it should do.

My utilities are underground,
And shall not block my view.
And as to not waste water,
timed meter ministers
the landscaping.

The paint is fresh,
the floors are sanded,
and the decks are swapped
and neatly ordered.

The kitchen
in all its entirety
is also new.

The house is old,
the powder room new,
and we happily provide
contextual clues.

We have not found
a storage tank
leaking
underground at all.
